The prices shown are for the villa for one week, which means if the villa is occupied by 10 people then the cost of 1 week in July works out at less than £10 / $17 per person per night which is good value for money when you look at the accommodation you are getting.

Should you decide to book our home, on receipt of your balance, 8 weeks before departure, we will send you directions to our home. The key to our home will be there waiting for you which means you do not have to make any detours to management companies or agents to pick up the keys, you can go straight to the house which is always a relief after a long journey.
